Behind every sizzling paella pan at Ele's Little Kitchen stands Elena - chef, business owner, and proud inheritor of Valencian culinary secrets. Born into a family where the rhythm of chopping sofrito matched the ticking of the clock, Elena learned Spain's food traditions at her abuela Rosa's side, stirring her first proper paella at age nine.

When Elena brought these recipes to Cardiff in 2010, she noticed a gap between British event catering and Spain's convivial sobremesa culture - those lingering meals where food fuels connection. Combining her Le Cordon Bleu Madrid training with Welsh hospitality, she launched Ele's Little Kitchen to redefine event catering as "food that makes guests feel like family."
